When you use a membership discount coupon it becomes associated with your VZfit profile and then applies to the next invoice for your account, so it's important to apply it to your account prior to signing up for a new account, reactivating a membership, or moving from a monthly to an annual membership.
If you have fully created a VZfit account you will find the Enter Coupon Code button on your Account page.
Clicking this button will bring up an entry form for the coupon. Enter the coupon code you were given and then your account page will show the applied coupon in place of the button, along with the amount of your next invoice as affected by your coupon.
Membership coupons are either limited to a specific number of uses or a set period of time that starts when you redeem it. In most cases the type of coupon will be reflected in its title when you see it on your Account page.
