In both Standing and Biking modes you'll have the option to choose between Tilt and Auto steering. Tilt steering will allow you to turn the Exerboard or bike by tilting your head from side to side (think moving your ear to your shoulder). Auto steering will do just as it sounds and follow the white dots on the ground automatically so you won't have to worry about steering at all and can focus on your exercise routine or pedaling.

It's a nice option for bike users looking for an alternative turning method that can feel a little closer to riding outdoors.
