This article will go over what is both needed and nice to have when playing VZfit. The short answer is just a Quest 2. If you want to use a bike in VZfit you'll want to buy a Quest, a stationary bike and a cadence sensor. What You Need to Play VZfit in StandUp Mode
To play VZfit in StandUp Mode, all you need is the Oculus Quest 2/3 and an internet connection.

What You Need to Play VZfit and VZfit Play with a Stationary Bike or Exercise Machine
To play VZfit with a stationary bike or exercise machine you'll need 3 things in addition to a stable internet connection:
1. Oculus Quest virtual reality headset.
Note: The original Quest and Oculus Go are both compatible but unavailable and the Go is not receiving updates due to end of life.
2. Any exercise bike or machine with a crank or rotating wheel.
3. Cadence or speed sensor.
Note: Speed sensors are for bicycle trainers with real wheels only.
